The Millwright Regional Council Welcomes Scott Speakman as Business Representative for UBC Millwright Local 1916 Hamilton

The Millwright Regional Council (MRC) is pleased to welcome Brother Scott Speakman as the new Business Representative for UBC Millwright Local 1916 Hamilton.

Scott brings valuable industry and union experience to the role and has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting members, strengthening relationships, and advancing the interests of UBC Millwrights. His understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing members in the field positions him well to support continued growth and service excellence within Local 1916.

As Business Representative, Scott will support members across the Local’s jurisdiction while focusing on strengthening contractor relationships, supporting MRC organizing initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring members continue to receive responsive and effective representation. His role will also help advance workforce readiness and maintain the high standards that UBC Millwrights are known for across North America.
