Canada. The Millwright Regional Council’s Sisters in the Brotherhood (SIB) committee exists to “create a network of active members, eliminate barriers to women’s success, and promote an increase in the number and diversity of women in the UBC. SIB committees advocate for member involvement to strengthen the union and for the unity and retention of all members”.

Our Sisters have been actively speaking at career events in schools, and assisting with pre-apprentice groups such as Tomorrow’s Trades, LevelUp, and ApprenticeSearch.com.
