Heather Ferguson Promoted to MRC Outreach and Strategic Initiative Specialist
Toronto, ON. – We are pleased to announce that Sister Heather Ferguson has been promoted to Outreach and Strategic Initiatives Specialist for the Millwright Regional Council effective January 1, 2023.
Heather’s vision of progression to developing and sustaining an integrated, union-wide learning system, that supports the MRC by aligning education, training, and organizational business development efforts with the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of all 13 Local Affiliates, MRC and UBC is one of her top priorities.
Heather brings leadership experience and industry knowledge that will develop our organization further by implementing strategies that will lead to 70 percent market share, greater productivity, and overall, a better way of life for our members and their families.
